Taste International Culinary Anthropology Program is a fun, flavored packed culinary journey learning how to make a variety of dishes from around the world. Mainly we focus on the youth, teaching them fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading and creating recipes, the importance of cultural flavors, and the importance of kitchen safety.
